Promoter
This giveaway is organised by KADIP gallery, based in London, UK.
1. Eligibility
• Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2. Giveaway Period
• The giveaway opens on 21/6/2026 at 10:00am.
• Entries must be received by 30/6/2026 at 11:59pm.
• Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
1. Follow @kadipgallery on Instagram.
2. Like the giveaway post.
No purchase is necessary.
4. Prize
• One winner will receive: The limited edition print titled “The Journey Awaits” edition 42/50.
• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
5. Winner Selection
• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 1/7/2026
• The draw will be conducted fairly using a random selection method.
6. Winner Notification
• The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message.
• If the winner does not respond within [7] days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Publicity
• By entering, participants agree that their Instagram username may be announced in connection with the giveaway winner announcement.
8. Data Protection
• Personal data will only be used for administering the giveaway and prize fulfilment.
• Data will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.
9. Liability
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical issues.

13. Delivery and Collection
• The prize may be collected from the gallery or shipped to a UK address specified by the winner.
• If shipping is included, the Promoter will arrange standard delivery at no cost to the winner.
• The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
